Q. Is there a minimum order?
A. The minimum quantity is 50 parts.
Q. Do I need to order full cartons?
A. No, order just the quantity required for your project!
Q. How soon will my order ship?
A. Our goal is to ship stock items the same day that the order is received. Orders received after 4:00 p.m. (MST) may ship the following work day.
Q. What freight service is available?
A. Most shipments utilize UPS Ground and can be billed to the receiver’s account or prepay-and-add. See the link for the UPS Ground Transit Map provided on all product pages. Expedited shipments can be arranged until 5 p.m. (MST).

Palletized shipments (Typically 45 or more boxes) will be arranged with the customer’s carrier and ship collect.
Q. Will Tough Plastic Parts ship blind to our customer in non-descript boxes?
A. Yes and we will use your packing list too!
Q. What quantity price breaks exist?
A. Our standard price breaks are 50, 125, 250, 500, 1250, 2500, 5000, 12,500 and 25,000.

Q. What material are the parts produced with?
A. Tough Plug Inserts are manufactured with prime ABS (Black and Colors) and prime PETG (Clear). Both materials provide exceptional toughness!

A. Tough Hooks are manufactured with prime ABS (Black) and HIPS (Colored).
Q. What colors are available?
A. Our standard colors are black (Bk), white (Wh), beige (Be), light gray (LG), medium gray (MG), dark gray (DG), and silver (Si). Black and white are stock items. Other colors are made-to-order. Custom color matches are available when the customer purchases the colorant separate from the price of the part.
Q. Where are Tough Plastic Parts produced and shipped?
A. You are saving money and time by purchasing direct from our manufacturing facility.
Q. Can I receive a free sample?
A. We welcome the opportunity and will provide 5 samples to confirm fit or color (Standard colors only). Shipping of samples must be UPS on the receivers account.
Q. How fast can I establish terms?
A. Like most companies, Tough Plastic Parts requests credit references to establish terms. We can utilize the COD service with UPS for new customers that have urgent deadlines.
Q. Can I return the parts if they do not fit?
A. Our policy is that any return must be initiated within 30 days after receipt of the product. The return must be approved by Tough Plastic Parts and assigned a RMA number. Returns must be shipped prepaid by the customer. The credit will not include freight to/from your facility.
